ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Artifactual History® is pleased to offer a variety of additional services including:

Appraisal Review

Artifactual History offers bespoke appraisal review services. An appraisal review is the development of an opinion about the credibility and effectiveness of an appraisal report that was issued by a different appraiser. This service can include the reappraisal of the original properties or not.

An appraisal review can be of use to a variety of stakeholders in the insurance, legal, and market professions. It can serve as an ingredient in the internal development of a firm's quality control protocol, or as a crucial step in trial or expert witness preparation. Depending on a client's needs, an appraisal review can also have the unique characteristic of serving as an educational tool for both new and established appraisers. In this sense, an appraisal review can be a key revisionary process prior to the transmission of an appraisal to an important client, or be included within a performance review package, or simply as a meaningful element of professional empowerment.
