Sarah and Patrick are both out of the office this week for the Appraisers Association’s National Conference at the New York Athletic Club. It’s great to be there and catch up with so many colleagues, and the programming has been great so far. The view out of the 9th floor window over the top of Central Park is glorious this time of year; it’s high leaf-peeping season, after all. Today we’re posting the next installment in our Appraisal Basics educational series. In the last Appraisal Basics video we briefly introduced USPAP, in today’s video we’re moving forward through the text and discussing a selection of terms in the definitions section.
