In our latest video we discuss the first exposure draft of the new Advisory Opinion 41, Use of Technology in an Appraisal or Appraisal Review Assignment. The Appraisal Foundation’s Appraisal Standards Board released the draft for public comment on January 2, 2026, and the public comment period will remain open until February 2, 2026. We wanted to share this video while the comment period is still open for business so our viewers will have the chance to submit feedback directly to TAF if they feel moved to do so.
